Daniele G. Palmer

I'm Daniele G. Palmer, a writer, academic and organiser.

I'm interested in how we choose to organise the societies we live in. From small groups like unions and parishes to national communities and states, when we come together we do so by creating and negotiating ideas of identity, association, and membership, as well as of the practices that go with them. Through my writing as well as my organising, I try to understand the many ways in which we do this, and how some things may help us better than others.

Currently, I'm a Junior Research Fellow at Homerton College, University of Cambridge, where I am the Director of Studies in Politics, as well as the Barrett Faculty Associate in Ethics and the Liberal Arts at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.
